RK INTERIOR — Our story
Made for rooms.
Designed for life.
Interior doors with a sense of purpose.
A thoughtful connection between your spaces.
Our story ↓Family values. Considered design. Connected spaces.
01 — The people behind the detail
A family approach.
An interior perspective.
The RK story has its roots in Cornwall, where the family’s experience in windows and doors began more than 30 years ago. RK Door Systems was formally established in 2013 and remains a father-and-sons business, shaped by a personal commitment to quality, detail and customer service.
RK INTERIOR brings that approach to the spaces inside your home. Our focus is on interior doors that sit comfortably within the architecture, complement the materials around them and make the transition from one room to the next feel considered.
We see a door as part of the whole interior: its proportions, surface, hardware and opening style all have a role in how a space looks and how you use it.

02 — Our design philosophy
The small things.
The whole feeling.
A well-chosen interior door does more than close a room. It adds rhythm to a hallway, frames a view and becomes part of the character of your home.
01
Proportion
A door should feel balanced within the room, with its scale and lines considered alongside the architecture.
02
Material & finish
Colour and texture connect the door to floors, walls and furniture, creating a coherent interior.
03
The finishing touch
Hardware brings another layer of character, from a quiet contemporary lever to a warmer, more expressive detail.
03 — Designed around your space
Different rooms.
One considered approach.
The right door begins with the room. Think about how you move through it, where the light comes from and what you want to connect.
Sliding, pocket & pivot
Explore how the door opens as well as how it looks. Different movements offer different ways to arrange the space around a doorway.
Glazed designs
Bring light and views between rooms while keeping a defined separation. Consider glazing alongside the opening style and the atmosphere of the interior.
